The quote tool

The quote form takes gender, birth date, self-reported health, tobacco use, coverage amount and years of coverage. That information is sent to the carriers' platform to generate quotes, but is not retained by this website. Names, addresses, emails and phone numbers are never required to see rates. Identical repeat requests can be answered from a brief cache.

Applying

Applying takes you into the carriers' secure system, which uses your earlier answers to prepopulate the form and operates under its own privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a California-licensed insurance agency (License 0B75129), coordinates the process.

The contact form

Contact form answers ask for your name, email, optional phone, your choice of how to contact you, a topic, and your message. We forward them via email to the agency; your email is the reply address. This website does not archive submissions, maintain a database, or log message content. A short-term anti-spam computation runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This website logs page visits using first-party, cookieless analytics served from this domain. No trackers or stored identifiers; your IP is partially hidden before storage; referring page details are stripped; raw data expires after ninety days. Browsers configured for Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded.

What we do not do

We do not exchange or sell personal information, use ad trackers, or embed external analytics. Only on the application page does third-party code run—the carriers' application service, only if you navigate there.
